How Do I Know If This Is For Us?

This planning service is designed exclusively for those couples hosting their wedding at a full service hotel, country club or restaurant that includes catering and bar service as a required part of your venue rental. This service is only applicable if you have already secured or know you will be securing this type of venue for your wedding celebration.

 

What Can We Expect?

Our Partial Planning Services begin with a site visit with you at your chosen wedding venue. From there, we will have a detailed discussion about where you are in your wedding planning process in order to create a comprehensive plan to get you to the altar.  This conversation will cover your Colors & Decor Elements, Wedding Day Timeline & Logistics, Ceremony & Reception Design, and any other vendors you need to make your Wedding Day unforgettable.

 

What Do We Receive?

Within the final ninety days before your wedding, we will create a detailed Wedding Day timeline for you, your wedding vendors and bridal party.  You will also receive a comprehensive Design Plan that incorporates your Wedding Day vision and Style.  This will provide you with a sneak peek as to what you should expect on the day of your Wedding. Additionally, we will ensure that all your transportation needs (i.e. shuttles and luxury vehicles), guest room blocks and Wedding night accommodations are arranged and confirmed.

 

Our staff will completely lead and facilitate your wedding rehearsal, which we typically recommend occur the day before your wedding. We like to rehearse the entire ceremony at least three times, just to make sure that everyone knows their responsibilities and doesn’t freeze up on the day of the Wedding!

 

On your wedding day, we arrive as early as needed to oversee every vendor. We will also be there with your wedding party to assist with boutonniere pinning, dress tying, and providing guidance to the ushers and hostesses. This allows us to identify potential issues that may arise and develop mitigation plans before they turn into larger problems. After your ceremony and reception, we will completely breakdown your venue and return it to its original condition so you can go home and start your new life as husband and wife!. :-)

 

Our goal is to ensure you, your fiance and family members are able to completely enjoy every aspect of your Wedding. On your wedding day, you only have three responsibilities: Show Up, Say I Do, and Have an Amazing time… We will take care of the rest!

 

When Should We Contact You?

We recommend you reserve our Partial Planning Service between 3 and 8 months prior to your Wedding Day.  This timeframe will allow us enough time to understand your Wedding Day vision and to provide you with your desired level of planning support.
