What Can We Expect?

Our process begins with a conversation with you and your fiance where we will review all of the important and detailed aspects of your entire Wedding Day. We will discuss your Wedding Vision, Stylistic Preferences, Color Palettes, Food & Beverage Service, Budget and every detail associated with your wedding. Once we gather all this information we will begin planning! Our phased approach includes the following:

 

• Providing Venue recommendations, based on your personal style and preferences and performing site visits of your selected venue

• Recommending and reviewing contracts for entertainers, musicians, ice sculptures, tent providers, and all other vendors necessary for your wedding.

• Developing a detailed Design Plan for your Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception

• Selecting fine china, flatware, stemware, and linens for your tablescape

• Creating a comprehensive room layout and floor plan to show the position of guest tables, lounge furniture, staging, and bar

• Facilitating and attending vendor meetings with the caterer, pastry artist, and florist

 

What Do We Receive?

As we get closer to the date of your wedding we will create a detailed Wedding Day timeline for you, your wedding vendors and bridal party.  You will also receive a comprehensive Design Plan that incorporates your Wedding Day Vision and Style.  This will provide you with a sneak peek as to what you should expect on the day of your Wedding. Additionally, we will ensure that all your transportation needs (i.e. shuttles and luxury vehicles), guest room blocks and Wedding night accommodations are arranged and confirmed.

 

Our staff will completely lead and facilitate your wedding rehearsal, which we typically recommend occur the day before your wedding. We like to rehearse the entire ceremony at least three times, just to make sure that everyone knows their responsibilities and doesn’t freeze up on the day of the Wedding!

 

On your Wedding Day, we arrive as early as needed to oversee every vendor. We will also be there with your wedding party to assist with boutonniere pinning, dress tying, and providing guidance to the ushers and hostesses. This allows us to identify potential issues that may arise and develop mitigation plans before they turn into larger problems. After your ceremony and reception, we will completely breakdown your venue and return it to its original condition so you can go home and start your new life as husband and wife!  :-)

 

Our goal is to ensure you, your fiance and family members are able to completely enjoy every aspect of your Wedding. On your wedding day, you only have three responsibilities: Show Up, Say I Do, and Have an Amazing time… We will take care of the rest!
